This is mainly for Iain's parents to show them the first complete dish using the tomatoes that they have grown! We haven't done anything revolutionary, just sliced some of the toms and peeled others, olive oil-soaked bread chunks, buffalo mozzarella, basil, salt and pepper.There are about five different varieties here, although most of them are yellow. Hi Iain. They look great. BTW as a result of commenting on your blog I now have a shoulder of Guy and Eliza's pork for Luke Burgess to cook at a dinner at home week after next. Mary and I are having breakfast with Guy and Eliza and Helen Ellis at the Red Velvet Lounge next Saturday.
