We have just returned form Matt Starkey's surprise 40th birthday party at Monty's. It was a fantastic night that Nat had put a lot of hard work into. There was plenty of espionage in the lead up to keep it secret from the inquisitive Matt. Secret emails and an interstate attache to keep it all under wraps until 50 people walked into the Monty's dining room and yelled SURPRISE!
Under the guise of a cocktail function, Nat had organised the kitchen to prepare an extensive menu, called Matt out of the kitchen, surprised the hell out of him and allowed all the invited guests to take over Monty's for the night.
It was great fun, great food and a real treat to see Matt speechless for the first time ever! Happy Birthday!
